Q1. What is the eligibility to become ‘Aapta Salah Kendra’ or lay counselor?
You must be 40 or above having some experience
of raising the family or professional work
experience. Must have managed human
relationship and navigated to their next
through your experience and patience.
Q2. Can I charge for my service?
No commercial charges involved and it is
completely free of charge and volunteer
services.
Q3. I need some help from lay counselor, how can I get?
Please call the help line number or register
yourself for the help.
Q4. I am outside Bangalore; can I get some help?
As of today this network is available only in
Bangalore.
Q5. How confidential will be my discussions with counselor?
We will maintain highest level of
confidentiality and under any circumstance
these discussions are not made public and
these discussions are private between
concerned person and lay counselor.
Q6. How much you charge for these services?
We don’t charge anything for these services.
This is volunteer and free service
Q7. Who are you?
We are set of volunteers inspired by RSS IT
Milan. We want to make sure everybody can
enjoy the blissful life and if you have any
issue related to mental stress, we want to
help you with our network of wise men and
women.
Q8. I am not part of RSS IT Milan, Can I become volunteer?
Yes sure. If you are interested in extending
your helping hand to the needy person and you
qualify to be lay counselor and ready to work
volunteer basis, you are most welcome
Q9. I am not part of RRS IT Milan, but I need some help, can I avail the help from this network?
Yes sure you can contact us through this
website or helpline number and we will do our
best to help you.
Q10. I am a housewife and don’t have professional experience but want to contribute to this cause, can I enroll?
You are most welcome. We need your help and
support to ensure this society to become
healthier one.
